We'll discuss what coaching is and isn't, if coaching is suitable for your current situation, and if I'm the right coach to support you.
There's no commitment required at this stage.

If you decide to proceed, we'll work together to create a personalized coaching plan that aligns with your goals and objectives.
The plan will outline the number of sessions needed, the format of the sessions (in-person, online, or phone), and the specific areas we'll focus on.

You can choose from six, three, or single-session packages.
Booking multiple sessions demonstrates your commitment to making positive changes in your life.
Single sessions are also available to accommodate clients who may not be ready or able to commit to a longer package.
After your free consultation appointment, you will be given a link to book and pay for your coaching sessions.

Zoom sessions typically last between 45 minutes and an hour.
Outdoor sessions allow for more flexibility, with a duration of approximately one to one and a half hours to accommodate exploration and wandering.
